KVKK uyarınca kişisel veriler, kimliğinizi belirli ya da belirlenebilir kılan her türlü bilgi anlamına gelmektedir. DECOVERSE tarafından işlenen kişisel verileriniz, bunların işlenme amaçları, aktarılabileceği alıcı grupları, toplanma yöntemi, hukuki sebebi ve söz konusu kişisel verilere ilişkin haklarınız aşağıda yer almaktadır.

Eczacıbaşı Blok No:5 Şişli, İstanbul adresinde mukim, Zincirlikuyu Vergi Dairesi’nde 2721057081 numaralı vergi mükellefi, Decoverse Ev Dekorasyon Anonim Şirketi (“DECOVERSE”) olarak; veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla, kişisel verilerinizin, işlenmelerini gerektiren amaç çerçevesinde ve bu amaç ile bağlantılı, sınırlı ve ölçülü şekilde, tarafımıza bildirdiğiniz veya bildirildiği şekliyle kişisel verilerin doğruluğunu ve en güncel halini koruyarak, kaydedileceğini, depolanacağını, muhafaza edileceğini, yeniden düzenleneceğini, kanunen bu kişisel verileri talep etmeye yetkili olan kurumlar ile paylaşılacağını, yurtiçi veya yurtdışı üçüncü kişilere aktarılacağını, devredileceğini, sınıflandırılabileceğini ve KVKK’ da sayılan sair şekillerde işlenebileceğini bildiririz.


2. İşlenen Kişisel Verileriniz Nelerdir?

  • Kimlik Bilgileriniz: adınız, soyadınız, cinsiyet ve yaş bilginiz, doğum tarihiniz, TCKN (yalnızca belli ürün gruplarını satın almanız halinde mevzuat uyarınca işlenmektedir.),
  • İletişim Bilgileriniz: cep telefonu numaranız, adres bilgileriniz, e-posta adresiniz,
  • Müşteri İşlem Bilgileriniz: sipariş ve fatura bilgileriniz, vergi kimlik numaranız, teslimat işlem bilgileriniz, alışverişlerinizle ilgili gerçekleşen işlem geçmişi bilgisi, talep ve şikayet bilgileriniz, platformda yer alan ürünlere ilişkin yorum yapmanız ve/veya soru sormanız halinde yorum ve sorularınız içerisinde bizzat paylaştığınız bilgiler,
  • İşlem Güvenliği Bilgileriniz: IP adresi bilgisi, şifre ve parola bilgileri, çerez bilgileri,
  • Hukuki İşlem Bilgileriniz: yetkili kişi, kurum ve kuruluşlarla yazışmalardaki bilgiler, dava ve icra dosyalarındaki bilgiler, yasal bilgi talebi bilgileriniz,
  • Görsel-İşitsel Bilgileriniz: Çağrı merkeziyle görüşmeniz halinde ses kaydınız; DECOVERSE tarafından düzenlenen herhangi bir etkinlik, yarışma kapsamında ilettiğiniz fotoğraflarınız ve video kayıtlarınız


3. Kişisel verilerinizin işlenme amacı ve dayanağı nedir?

Kişisel Verileriniz verdiğimiz hizmetleri sözleşmenin ve teknolojinin gereklerine uygun şekilde yerine getirmek, ürün ve hizmetlere ilişkin satış sonrası destek hizmetlerini sunmak, müşteri ilişkileri süreçlerimizi yürütmek, talep ve şikayetlerinizi karşılayabilmek, Şirketimiz tarafından yürütülen ticari faaliyetlerin gerçekleştirilmesi için ilgili iş birimlerimiz tarafından gerekli çalışmaları yapmak ve buna bağlı iş süreçlerini yürütmek amaçları ile Kanun’ un 5. Ve 6. Maddelerinde belirtilen kişisel veri işleme şartları kapsamında işlenecektir. 


Açık rızanıza dayalı olarak ise ürün ve hizmetlerimizi geliştirmek, pazarlama faaliyetlerimizi yürütmek, kampanyalarımız hakkında sizleri bilgilendirmek, reklam, promosyon vb. gibi ticari elektronik ileti göndermek ve bu iletilerin gönderimini sağlamak üzere hizmet aldığımız şirketler ile paylaşmak, sizleri daha iyi tanıyarak ihtiyaçlarınız doğrultusunda doğru hizmeti vermek, hizmetlerimiz esnasında çekilen fotoğraflarınızı kullanmak, pazarlama analizleri yapabilmek, ürünlerimizi talepleriniz doğrultusunda kişiselleştirebilmek, profilleme yapmak amaçları ile verileriniz işlenebilecektir. 


4. Kişisel verilerinizi hangi amaçla, kimlere aktarıyoruz?

Kişisel verileriniz, yukarıda belirtilen amaçların gerçekleştirilebilmesi doğrultusunda DECOVERSE’in grup şirketlerine, hissedarlarına, Eczacıbaşı Holding A.Ş.’ ye, iş birliği içinde olduğu taraflara, iş ortaklarına, size verdiğimiz hizmeti yerine getirmek üzere destek aldığımız servis sağlayıcı firmalara , tedarikçilerimize, server ve bulut hizmetlerimizin tedarikçisi olan yurtiçinde ve yurtdışında yerleşik firmalara, veri işleyen sıfatı ile ölçümleme, hedefleme, profilleme desteği veren kişi/kurumlara, denetim firmalarına, reklam ve tanıtım ajansları ile özel hukuk tüzel kişilerine, kanunen yetkili kamu kurum kuruluşları ve kişilere, ödemenizi kredi kartı ile yapmanız halinde ilgili banka ve ödeme kuruluşlarına, uyuşmazlıkların giderilmesi veya ilgili mevzuat gereği talep halinde adli makamlar veya idari mercilere KVKK’nın 8. ve 9. maddelerinde belirtilen kişisel veri işleme şartları çerçevesinde aktarılabilecektir.


Kişisel verileriniz yurtiçi/yurtdışında bulunan serverlara, bulut hizmeti aldığımız yurtiçi/yurtdışın kurumlara KVKK’ nın 9. Maddesi gereği açık rızanız doğrultusunda aktarılabilecektir. 


Şirket, kişisel verilerinizin yukarıda belirtilen taraflarla paylaşıldığı durumlarda, işbu aydınlatma metninde yer alan beyanlara ve KVKK’nın 8. ve 9. maddelerinde belirtilen şartlara uygun davranılması için gerekli önlemleri almaktadır.

Kişisel verilerinizi, DECOVERSE ile temas edeceğiniz elektronik ortamda internet sitesi, mobil uygulama veya DECOVERSE ya da iş ortaklarına ait fiziksel veya dijital ortamlarda sunulan üyelik imkanları üzerinden yaptığınız alışverişlerin veya üyelik işlemlerine ilişkin paylaştığınız bilgilerin sistemlerimize kaydedilmesi, sabit-mobil nitelikli internet ve iletişim cihazlarınızın ve/veya mobil uygulamaların muhtelif ortamlarda ve yerde kullanımlarından oluşan/edinilen verilerin sistemlerimize kaydedilmesi, çerez politikasında detaylı olarak açıklandığı üzere site veya mobil uygulamada çalışan çerez ve benzeri diğer teknolojilerle, her türlü alışveriş, tahsilat, teslimat, işlem, anket doldurma, kayıt işlemlerinin sistemlerimize kaydedilmesi, iş ortaklarımızın internet sitelerinden site ve mobil uygulamaya yapılan yönlendirme işleminin kaydedilmesi, çağrı merkezi, mobil uygulama, site, e-posta adreslerimiz, sosyal medya ve diğer iletişim kanalları üzerinden karşılıklı olarak iletişime geçilmesi sırasında bize iletmiş olduğunuz talep ve şikayetlerinizin kaydedilmesi, çağrı merkezi ile yaptığınız görüşmelerin kaydedilmesi gibi otomatik yöntemlerle veya resmi kurum, kuruluş ve adli/idari makamlardan gelen sizinle ilgili bilgi/belgelerin fiziksel ortamlara kaydedilmesi, mail order formlarınızın fiziksel ortamlara kaydedilmesi, iade süreçlerinize ilişkin kayıtların ilgili evrakların kaydedilmesi, başvuru formlarının doldurulması ile otomatik olmayan yöntemlerle toplamaktayız.


Kişisel verilerinizi, Kanun’un 5. maddesinde yer alan, “bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan doğruya ilgili olması kaydıyla, sözleşmenin taraflarına ait kişisel verilerin işlenmesinin gerekli olması”, “veri sorumlusunun hukuki yükümlülüğünü yerine getirebilmesi için zorunlu olması” ve “ilgili kişinin temel hak ve özgürlüklerine zarar vermemek kaydıyla, veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaatleri için veri işlenmesinin zorunlu olması” hukuki sebeplerine dayanarak, verileriniz fiziki ve elektronik ortamda işlenmektedir.


Açık rıza vermeniz halinde ise ürün ve hizmetlerimizin beğeni ve kullanım alışkanlıklarınıza göre özelleştirilerek size sunulması hukuki sebebine dayalı olarak Kanun’ un 5. Ve 6. Maddelerinde belirtilen kişisel veri işleme şartları kapsamında işlenebilmektedir. 


İstediğiniz her zaman ve hiçbir gerekçe göstermeksizin açık rızanızı geri çekerek açık rızaya dayanan kişisel veri işleme faaliyetlerine son verebilirsiniz.


6. Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu’ndan doğan haklarınız nelerdir?

KVKK Madde 11 uyarınca, kişisel verilerinizin işlendiği DECOVERSE tarafından veri sorumlusu sıfatı ile;

  • herhangi bir kişisel verinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme;
  • kişisel verilerinizin işlenme faaliyetlerine ilişkin olarak bilgi talep etme;
  • kişisel verilerinizin işlenme amaçlarını öğrenme;
  • kişisel verilerin yurt içinde veya yurt dışında üçüncü kişilere aktarılmış olması durumunda bu kişileri öğrenme;
  • kişisel verilerin eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması halinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme;
  • kişisel verilerin işlenmesini gerektiren sebeplerin ortadan kalkması halinde kişisel verilerin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme;
  • silme ve düzeltme işlemlerinin, verilerin aktarıldığını üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesi isteme;
  • kişisel verilerin otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla işlenmesi sonucu ortaya çıkabilecek aleyhte sonuçlara itiraz etme;
  • ve kişisel verilerinizin kanuna aykırı bir şekilde işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğramanız halinde bu zararın tazmin edilmesini isteme hakkına sahipsiniz.


Veri sahibi olarak yukarıda belirtilen haklarınıza ilişkin başvurularınızı, yazılı olarak veya Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ’de belirtilen yöntemlerle DECOVERSE’e iletmeniz durumunda, talepleriniz KVKK m.13 hükmü gereği başvurunun DECOVERSE’e tebliğinden itibaren 30 (otuz) gün içerisinde ücretsiz olarak değerlendirilerek sonuçlandırılacaktır. Ancak işlemin ayrıca bir maliyet gerektirmesi halinde Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu tarafından belirlenecek tarifeye göre tarafınızdan ücret talep edilebilecektir. Başvurunuzda ad, soyad ve başvuru yazılı ise imza, T.C. kimlik numarası, yabancılar için uyruğu, pasaport numarası veya varsa kimlik numarası, tebligata esas yerleşim yeri veya iş yeri adresi, varsa bildirime esas elektronik posta adresi, telefon ve faks numarası ve talep konusunun yer alması ve bilgi ve belgelerin başvuruya eklenmesi zorunludur.

Kişisel verilerinizle ilgili sorularınızı ve taleplerinizi, Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları hakkında Tebliğ’de belirtilen şartlara uygun düzenlenmiş dilekçeyle Esentepe Mah. Ali Kaya Sok. Eczacıbaşı Blok No:5 Şişli, İstanbul adresine kimlik tespiti yapılmak suretiyle bizzat elden iletebilir ya da noter kanalıyla ulaştırabilirsiniz. Bunun yanında, decoverse@hs02.kep.tr kayıtlı elektronik posta (KEP) adresine, güvenli elektronik imza ve mobil imza ya da tarafınızca şirketimize daha önce bildirilen ve tarafımızca teyit edilmiş olan şirket sistemimizdeki elektronik posta adresini kullanmak suretiyle kvkk@decoverse.com elektronik posta adresine iletebilirsiniz.
